How to take a photo and send it directly to us with Photo Aid
INTRODUCTION
Photo Aid is an application you can download to your mobile phone and will allow you to take a perfect picture for any of the official documents, such as Passport, USCIS photos, Visas, Work Authorization Cards (EAD), etc.
Besides getting the perfect photo, you will save time and money, since you won´t have to look for a special place to take the pictures and pay more money for that service. Also, you will be able to download the photo and choose the option of sending them directly to our office by email, without losing time and spending money in mail postings!

Once the app is installed, follow the steps below.
STEP 1
When you open the application, you will see the following screen. Wait for a few seconds until the next screen appears.
STEP 2
In this step you will have to choose the type of photo you´d like, having in mind for which specific documents are you going to need that picture for.
For example, you may choose U.S Passport, EAD Card (Work Authorization Card), Visa, etc
STEP 3
As an example, we have chosen to take a picture for a US Passport.
If you don’t have a picture stored in your phone, select the option “Take Picture” and then take the photo with good natural light and, if possible, using a tripod or having someone take the picture for you (selfies are not acceptable).
If you already have a picture stored in your phone, select the option “Upload from gallery” and upload the desired picture.
STEP 4
The app will take a few seconds to analyze the photo, and will then, if the photo is acceptable, will show you the following message (see screenshot on the left).
If the photo is accepted, but you are not happy with it, select the option “Retake picture” and take it again. Then select “Accept”.
If the photo is accepted and you are happy with it, select “Accept”.
STEP 5
Here, you will be able to choose between “Premium Version" or “Premium + impresión”.
Please select the option “Premium”. Here, select your payment method (Credit Card, Pay Pal or Google Pay) and complete the requested information.
Please send us the photo by email for us to print, by entering the following in the “email box: mariano@roscheimmigrationlaw.com
Please have in mind that for this option there will be an additional fee of $10.- per photo, so that we can print the photos for you.
